Our PlumSpa staff understands your busy and eventful lives. We devised a terrific program to compliment those unwanted cancellations that affect your ability to come in and enjoy our spa.

• All spa reservations require a major credit card.
• A full 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• If a cancellation does occur under the 24hrs... you're only responsible for $30.00 for each hour (0r portion thereof) that you've reserved, regardless of your reason. This allows us to provide partial compensation to our PlumSpa therapists and technicians, and much more flexibility to you. However, if the appointment time can be filled, there will be no cost to you.

• Gratuities are not included in the services or packages.
• If you have a gift certificate, they may be added.

Our goal is to ensure your comfort. One of the most frequently asked questions is what to wear for spa treatments. The services do not require any clothing except for the robe provided by PlumSpa. However if you choose to wear undergarments or a swimsuit, this too is accepted. Your relaxation and comfort is first priority.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check in and changing into your robe. This ensures the full service time for your treatment and allows you to enjoy a complementary beverage while you relax in our beautiful quiet room.

• Your health, safety and comfort are extremely important to us. We welcome you to disclose any special medical or physical condition pertinent to your well-being. All information will remain confidential.
• We are dedicated to maintaining a relaxed atmosphere in our spa area. Please no cell phones or pagers on the second level.
• Please leave all your valuables at home when visiting PlumSpa.
• We observe an adult oriented atmosphere for our clients. Children 12 and up are welcome in the spa when booked for services. Please no children under 12 allowed.
